How reservations and paid bookings work on Holstime.

How do bookings work?

Each listing shows how to take part. Some activities use free reservation on Holstime (you reserve a spot without paying on the site). Others use paid checkout on Holstime or send you to the organiser's own booking website.

When you book on Holstime, you receive confirmation in your account and by email where applicable. The organiser remains responsible for running the activity.

How do free reservations work?

For eligible free listings, sign in and choose how many places you need. Holstime checks capacity and confirms your reservation. You may be asked optional prep questions set by the organiser.

Free reservations do not charge your card on Holstime. Always check the listing for date, time, location and age suitability.

Can I book the same activity more than once?

Yes. Holstime supports repeat bookings for the same activity when places remain — for example an extra ticket or a separate date. Your existing bookings are shown on the activity page and in My bookings.

How do cancellations work?

For bookings made on Holstime, cancellation follows the organiser's policy shown on the listing (and in your booking details where available). Holstime applies that policy consistently when you request a cancellation — the outcome depends on timing, booking type and the rules the organiser published.

Some changes may require contacting support or the organiser, especially for external bookings completed on another website.

How are refunds calculated?

For paid bookings, ticket refunds follow the organiser's cancellation policy. You may receive a full refund, partial refund, or no refund depending on how close you are to the activity and which policy tier applies.

The Holstime service fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at Holstime's discretion. See Payments & service fees for more detail.

Where can I see my bookings?

Sign in and open My bookings in your dashboard. Paid and free Holstime reservations appear there with status and links back to the listing.

After paid checkout, confirmation also appears once payment succeeds — the payment provider redirect alone is not the source of truth; your dashboard reflects the confirmed booking.
