Delete your Holstime account

You can delete your Holstime account yourself when signed in. This page explains the steps and what happens to your data. For broader privacy rights, see our Privacy policy.

Delete your account in Holstime

  1. Sign in to Holstime with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your Dashboard after signing in.
  3. Go to Account (account settings).
  4. Scroll to Delete account and read what will be removed and what may be kept.
  5. Enter your current password, type the confirmation phrase shown on that page, and confirm you understand the outcome.
  6. Select Delete my account. You will be signed out and will not be able to sign in again with the same email.

What we remove

When you delete your account, we typically:

  • Remove or anonymise your profile and sign-in details (including email)
  • Delete saved activities, planner data, and notification preferences
  • Revoke push notification subscriptions for that account
  • End your active sessions so you cannot sign in again

Personal answers stored on bookings may be cleared where they are held on your user record.

What we may retain

Some booking and payment records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping obligations. Those records are kept for compliance and dispute resolution, not for marketing, and are detached from an active personal account.

If you are an activity organiser, listings or business profile information may remain visible on Holstime after account deletion. Contact us if you need listings taken down.
