About Holstime

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Holstime, operated by Lapace Services UK Ltd ("Holstime", "we", "us"). Holstime helps parents and carers discover, save, and plan children's and family activities, and helps providers publish listings. Holstime is a platform; we are not, unless explicitly stated, the organiser or operator of third-party activities. Listing organisers are responsible for their own events, bookings, pricing, safety, and compliance.

Holstime is not intended for direct use by children. Accounts and core features are for adults (parents, carers, and providers).

Parent and carer responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
• You decide whether an activity is suitable for your family. Always confirm dates, times, location, age suitability, accessibility, safeguarding, and organiser requirements directly with the provider or through their official booking channels.
• You agree to use Holstime lawfully and respectfully, including when using contact or messaging features we provide.

Provider responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings (including descriptions, imagery, pricing, availability, venue details, and booking links) and for updating them as needed.
• You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload (including images) and that your listings comply with applicable laws, including consumer, advertising, safeguarding, and health-and-safety obligations relevant to your activities.
• You remain solely responsible for delivering activities, taking bookings, handling payments outside Holstime where applicable, and for communications with customers except where we explicitly facilitate a specific channel.

Moderation and listings

We may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings or accounts where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, a legal or safeguarding risk, fraud, or behaviour harmful to users or the marketplace. We may change moderation processes as the product evolves.

Contact with providers

When you contact an organiser through Holstime, you understand that the organiser — not Holstime — is responsible for responding and for the activity itself. Holstime does not guarantee message delivery or response times.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Holstime (for example: attempting to access non-public systems, scraping in breach of our rules, uploading malware, harassing users, posting unlawful content, or impersonating others). We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

Intellectual property

Holstime's branding, software, and content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a licence to host, display, and promote your listings on Holstime as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers and liability

Holstime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation). Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, or loss of profits arising from your use of Holstime or third-party activities. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of one hundred pounds (£100) and the fees you have paid us in that period for the service (if any).

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; we will indicate the last updated date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
